Article 1 - Identity of the entrepreneur

Article 2 - Applicability
1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer of High Vibe Mind and to every agreement concluded between High Vibe Mind and the consumer, natural person or legal entity.
2. By placing an order you agree to these Terms and conditions.


Article 3 - Offer
1. The agreement is concluded when the consumer places an order. The customer will also receive an order confirmation by email. High Vibe Mind reserves the right to cancel an order and will notify you if this happens.
2. Product information, images, and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes only; however, slight color variations may occur. This cannot be grounds for compensation or cancellation.


Article 4 - Shipping
1. The goods are usually shipped within 1-2 working days after placing the order.
2. The stated shipping times are indicative and do not entitle you to compensation.
3. If an ordered product is temporarily unavailable, the delivery time may be adjusted. In that case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. High Vibe Mind also reserves the right to ship orders in multiple shipments. In that case, this will be communicated by email, and any additional costs resulting from a subsequent delivery will be covered by High Vibe Mind.
4. If an item is ultimately not available, the amount already paid for that product will be refunded to the customer without delay.


Article 5 - Returns
1. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason, at your own expense.
2. The item must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, your right to a refund expires.
3. Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, undamaged, and in undamaged original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns at any time if they do not meet the above requirements.
4. Returns are the customer's responsibility, unless there are defects. If a defect would occur, contact us at contact@highvibemind.com . The sender is responsible for ensuring the items reach their destination, so make sure to keep your proof of shipment until you receive notification of the received return.

Article 6 - Diverse
1. High Vibe Mind cannot be held liable for incorrect use or misinterpretation of the products. Damage resulting from incorrect use, consequential damage, or lost profits are never eligible for compensation.


Article 7 - Complaints procedure
1. Complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery. You can report these in writing or by email to contact@highvibemind.com .
2. All offers, orders, and agreements of High Vibe Mind and the resulting rights and obligations to which these terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the performance of an agreement will be dealt with exclusively by the competent courts in Belgium.
